I tend to use procreate for sketching if I animate in toonsquid, but if its just artwork, I will use procreate, sometimes I use IbispaintX. . . Procreate and toonsquid cost money, toonsquid is only on ipad. Procreate is recommended to use on ipad/tablet, however they do have a "pocket" version which is provided on phones, it also costs money.
